About The Stack Reviewer

Most "best marketing software" articles online are written by the companies that sell the software. The rest are written by affiliate sites that copy each other and never test anything. This site is the third option.

What we do

We review marketing software — email tools, CRMs, SEO platforms, analytics, AI tools — by actually using them. Every review includes original screenshots, a pricing reality check, and a clear "skip this if" clause.

Who's behind it

Manu A. runs the site. He's the editor and the writer. If you read a review here, he ran the tool. If a feature is missing or weird, he found it himself.

Where you might have seen us

Editorial work and expert contributions from The Stack Reviewer have appeared in outside publications. A running list:

How we make money (and why we tell you)

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That commission does not change our recommendations. We've recommended free tools over paid ones plenty of times, and we've told readers to skip software in our affiliate program when it wasn't right for them.

Sponsored posts, when we accept them, are clearly labelled at the top of the article. Editorial reviews are never sponsored.

How we pick what to review

We focus on tools that real small-to-mid-sized companies are actually using or considering. New launches get covered when they're genuinely interesting, not when they pay for press. We ignore the long tail of look-alike products unless one of them does something useful nobody else does.

Got feedback?

Tell us if a review missed something, a price is out of date, or a tool deserves a deeper look. We update posts regularly.
